Select the right actions: high impact and easy to implement.

In our ongoing pursuit of cultural evolution in organizations, we are faced with many different?challenges, and many different alternatives to overcome them. Not all actions are equally effective. What becomes crucial is to choose which ones will have a significant impact while investing a?moderate?effort and investment.

In this moment, we will focus on how to choose the best?possible actions to foster a culture in which change and evolution is always possible.

Remember that our goal is not only to drive change, but to be more capable of choosing the key actions that can?make a difference in every step of the journey.

“What actions can I implement today to drive the change needed through the processes we already?have in place?”

Make change happen:

Here are some tips and reflections on selecting the right actions:

  • Understand your vision and values (don't start by changing them!): Identify the core values and long-term vision of your organization to align actions with these guiding principles.
  • Foster active participation: Involve key members of the organization in the change process, providing them with opportunities to contribute and share their ideas. Who are key members? Key leaders, early adopters throughout the organization, communication team?.
  • Focus on key symbols: What are the messages we will be sending in the next 6 months? When, how and who? Decide which are the key opportunities you?will have to share the?right stories, through company events to promotions, rewards and changing some key systems and processes.??

Remember, cultural change requires transformative actions. By wisely choosing which ones you will focus on, you will create?consistency over time
