Seize the Moment -Insights from our Regional Kick Offs

Seize the Moment -Insights from our Regional Kick Offs

In the dynamic world of business, milestones are not just markers, they are the fuel that propels us forward, and that's what comes to my mind as I reflect on our recent 3 successful Regional Kick-Offs (#SKO). We invest significant energy in designing memorable experiences anchored on a shared theme that this year was Seize the Moment.

I would like to explore three key elements which were foundational to this year RKOs:

1. Accelerate Sessions where we engaged the account teams to work together through experiential learning

2. The inspired by our external speakers

3. And most important to me,?is always ensuring gratitude surrounds everything we do.

  1. The Accelerate Sessions

The backbone of our Regional Kick-Offs (RKO) consist of what I like to call "account planning on steroids" rooted on experiential learning, they are united by the content, methodologies and activities. They bring together colleagues, partners, clients and our global leadership. While the foundation is common, one of the secretes of our success is indeed how we tailor each RKO to local needs. That's when the magic happens! The energy was palpable as if the very air crackled with shared ambition.

We had 4 Accelerate Workshops, 9 hands-on product labs, and 46 Experts Exchange sessions- all underpinned with gamification and adoption of GenAI.

We are proud students of our technology, and seeing the excitement of all attendees when we demoed on main stage our newly announced GenAI Blueprint was priceless.

We strongly believe that innovation thrives when we embrace our differences, value our expertise and interlace?them into a vibrant mosaic of solutions, that is why our Acceleration Sessions are designed to ignite at fast pace practical learning:

·?????? A1: Charting your Success Account teams were challenged to think critically about early-stage opportunities for their accounts. The learning experience provided a tool to fast-track opportunity prioritization and evaluate their knowledge about the clients as well as the quality of relationships.

·?????? A2: Stories with Impact Account teams learned and practiced the art of creating and telling stories to help their clients connect value to technology in a memorable way. As part of the experience, they learned how to leverage some of the amazing new Generative AI features in our products.?

·?????? A3: Demo to Discover If storytelling is the art, being students of our technology is the science. This experiential learning session pushed teams to gain new depth in their understanding of our technology, and experience new ways to show and share our products.

·?????? A4: Navigating Complex Challenges Attendees learned to anticipate, plan, and practice handling hard questions and challenges. They learned to see objections as opportunities and practiced techniques on real objections sourced from a pre-event survey. Stories were shared by peers, and teams competed in a final challenge competition.?

2. External Expertise

We surrounded the backbone with the right muscles, connective tissues and obviously brain to function at its very best. We balanced learning the technology with mastering the art of storytelling, we dove into what is at the core of #highPerformanceMindset.

We are proud to have a very talented team of experts eager to lift everyone else sharing their insights. We lover to learn from others, starting from our Clients, Partners and external keynote Speakers.

Here some nuggets from our amazing keynotes, we appreciate you:??

  • ? In Copenhagen, James Kerr shared what he learned from the New Zealand National Rugby Team, and the roles that character, adaptability, and purpose play in the integrity of our work and lives.
  • ?In Denver, Richie Contartesi ??laid out The Next Play – an accountability approach that empowers individuals to take decisive actions, stay focused, and be accountable for their success
  • In Sydney, Rachael Robertson CSP, MBA, MAICD an Arctic explorer, discussed her extensive leadership experience in Antarctica. In her keynote where she emphasized the critical role of adaptability, resilience, and sound decision-making in demanding situations.

·?????? Around the globe, we discussed the book, Limitless by Jim Kwik with our managers and leaders – an extraordinary book that offers insights to upgrade our brains, learn faster, and unlock our potential.

?3. Gratitude: The Heartbeat of Success

Success is not a solitary journey; it's a symphony composed by many hands. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to:

Partners and Clients: Your trust fuels our growth. We look forward to scaling new heights together.

Leadership: Your vision steers the ship. Thank you for fostering an environment where excellence thrives.

Our Field Teams: You are the backbone of our achievements. Your dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment inspire us daily.

Support Staff: Behind every seamless experience, there's a team ensuring flawless organization. Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

As we wrap up these momentous Regional Kick-Off meetings, let's carry the spirit of collaboration, shared goals, and gratitude forward. Our global extraordinary success is not just about numbers—it's about the people who make it possible!
