“Make today so awesome, yesterday gets jealous”
I recently came across a quote that made me realize that it is better to be a change-maker than a complainer about the environment. It is easy to complain about the environment. If we want to make a difference, we need to be change-makers.
Imagine you're a caterpillar. You've spent your whole life crawling around on the ground, eating leaves and feeling small and insignificant. But one day, you start to change. You grow a hard exoskeleton, your skin starts to harden, and you start to grow wings. You're no longer the same caterpillar you were before. You're becoming a butterfly.
The process of metamorphosis is not easy. It's painful and uncomfortable. But it's also necessary. In order to become a butterfly, you have to let go of your old self. You have to break out of your old shell and embrace your new identity.
The same is true for us humans. We all have the potential to change and grow. We all have the potential to become better versions of ourselves. But it takes work. It takes effort. It takes us being willing to let go of our old selves and embrace our new selves.
So if you're feeling stuck or unhappy, don't give up. Remember that you have the potential to change. You have the potential to become a butterfly. All you have to do is believe in yourself and take the first step.
??Define your goals

??Stay positive: Remember to stay positive and focus on your progress, even if things don't always go as planned. Celebrate your accomplishments along the way and stay motivated towards achieving your goals.
???? Surround yourself with positive people
Remember, you have the potential to change. You have the potential to become a butterfly. All you have to do is believe in yourself and take the first step.
When you are starting out in your career, it can be tempting to try to do everything at once. You might want to learn all the latest skills, take on all the big projects, and make a big impact right away. However, this is not a sustainable approach. It is much better to start small and build your skills and experience over time.
When you start small, you can focus on learning the basics and developing a solid foundation. You can also get feedback from your colleagues and mentors and make sure that you are on the right track. As you gain more experience, you will be able to take on more challenging projects and make a bigger impact.
So don't be afraid to start small. Just remember to be consistent and you will eventually reach your goals
