It seems that psychotherapists have conquered civilization.
Today, it is believed that 99% of people on the planet will achieve nothing at all. A decade ago, one might have spoken of 95% of people as losers, and thirty years ago, about 90%. Now, in my humble opinion, it's 99%. Why is that? After all, there's an abundance of accessible knowledge, and artificial intelligence is readily available to assist us. It seems that psychotherapists have conquered civilization. In the past, the weak perished, failing to survive, thus propelling civilization forward. Nowadays, the weak represent a growing, lucrative business opportunity. It's beneficial for both entrepreneurs and politicians to increase the population of the weak.
Over the last ten years, through my hands and educational projects, probably no less than 50,000 people have passed, not to mention the over half a million who have read my texts in one way or another. Now, I realize that I invested in the wrong people. From incubating businesses and understanding the basics of business and marketing to personal transformation, I've learned who really deserves time and effort.
1. In 99% of cases, the reason for all losers is a weak personality, incapable of learning and taking risks. Their problem is that they lack the necessary qualities, knowledge, and skills, yet they consider themselves smart and experienced, coupled with a wild skepticism about anyone being able to teach them. This is almost universally the generation from the former USSR over 35. Those who believe that being called an "info gypsy" is an insult, and any attempt to teach or share knowledge, especially for money, is an info-business and always a scam.
Only a negligible fraction of this generation has achieved something. The rest will have a tragic future because they are incapable of changing and learning. These people are dropping out of the market as consumers and, by the age of 55-60, turn to religion as the only compensation for severe frustration and suicidal attempts. Or they immerse themselves 100% in gaming.
2. While initially, my entry filter was education, skills, and experience, now I fully share the approach of venture investors. They look for founders capable of overcoming growth obstacles. Past experience or professional qualifications play no significant role, as people face tough situations. Growth is always a battle, but that's not enough. One must be able to learn, to find solutions to seemingly insoluble problems. It's not about experience; it's about personality. If you're strong but stubborn, there's no chance because the essence is not in stubbornness but in finding solutions. If you're creative but weak, there's also no chance - they give up immediately, and their creativity is useless in tough times.
3. For a long time, I believed that knowledge and skills were important; one just needed to know how and have experience. It turned out that if the task is growth, then knowledge and experience are important only 1%, and 99% is the ability to not give up and constantly reinvent oneself, rewriting one's personality. It's very painful. People are willing to buy tons of courses but not willing to change themselves.

4. You can teach business, but you can't teach how to be a successful entrepreneur. That's why there are so many knowledgeable people who are incapable of anything. Everyone wants more money, growth, but they're not willing to pay the price. And those who pay the price grow. They bleed, but they grow. The rest also bleed, but not with blood. With tears.
5. Growth is the development of personal strength and a change in the approach to problem-solving. There are no secrets here; it's written and spoken about everywhere, and this content is consumed in tons, but it's not effective. Becoming strong is not about reading books and taking courses. ??
6. We become strong only in two cases - if we don't die in a crisis (in 1% - survivor's bias) or if we live and breathe next to strong people. A warrior, who wants to grow, constantly seeks a stronger opponent. An entrepreneur ??, wanting to grow, sets more ambitious goals, takes more risks. There's no MBA that teaches you to take more risks. A crisis is not a temporary inconvenience. Crisis is life, and those seeking balance are not fit. Sorry. This is not a judgment. It's a statement.
Therefore, venture investors, movie producers, and professional sports coaches bet on strong individuals. You can't predict who will become a star, but a strong personality is a must. The weak must be culled. Hence, those seeking growth look for a place, a community where strong people, aiming for the highest goals, are. Those seeking growth are not looking for knowledge but for challenges. Knowledge is sought by the weak. Understand?
7. Strong people don't discuss how they overcome fear - that battle happens internally. Strong people don't hide that they may experience fear, but they prefer to discuss how they overcome obstacles, not fear. A team of fearless daredevils has a chance, but a team of experienced professional "ordinary" people has no chance. The question isn't how to overcome an obstacle. Taking a risk is not a damn lifehack. Lifehack is a deception, suggesting you can grow without risk. That's a product for the weak.
8. It's believed that a teacher grows through their students. The same can be said about a coach, a venture investor, a movie producer who picks a cast of unknown actors. But it's not entirely accurate. Growth happens when a coach, producer, investor knows how to correctly choose whom to spend time on. There are clear criteria for separating future stars from mediocrities. Understand? Stars and everyone else are different markets. Potential stars should be sold growth because it's worth it, and that's exactly what future stars want. They don't ask, "Why?" Everyone else should be sold oblivion and frustration reduction, they should be sold balance, self-discovery, finding life's purpose, acceptance, etc. Or fantasy and humor - it won't change anything, but you can make money. For weak women - romantic fantasy, for weak men, fierce thrillers or horror, possibly in fantastical settings. The list of popular and commercially successful role models and plots is quite clear.
