We're Seeking Unreasonable Entrepreneurs...

Are you an Unreasonable Entrepreneur? Unreasonable Institute, Colorado is partnering Q.Aspen and other partners to bring you the Unreasonable Lab Nigeria project.

This Lagos event, a 5-Day Investment Preparedness Lab, slated for 6-10 June 2016, is designed to help Nigeria-based ventures understand the fundraising process, assess own readiness for funding, build an actionable plan, and become ready to take on external investment. The ultimate goal is to get more funding flowing to high-impact Nigerian ventures which are solving the most challenging problems.

To find out more about how to apply, please see the event page.

We are also seeking partnerships and participation of sponsors (to make the event affordable to deserving entrepreneurs), mentors and capital advisors, venture capitalists, and angel investors. Prospective partners should please fill out our short partner interest form.

The 5-day accelerator will culminate into the Demo-Night where Unreasonable Entrepreneurs will have opportunity to pitch to a live audience of Unreasonable Angels and Venture Capital firms.

Share this with a friend, and good luck on the application!

According to George Bernard Shaw, "The reasonable man adapts himself to the world. The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man [and woman]." Unreasonable Institute, inspired by the idea that "Unreasonable" people create progress, is dedicated to bringing together, incubating, and financing 25 bold, young, social entrepreneurs from around the world each year through a summer institute. We provide these young social entrepreneurs rigorous skill training, expert mentorship from seasoned changemakers (in the fields of poverty alleviation, business, finance, health, technology, social justice, and environmental conservation) and align them with seed capital they require to scale financially, self-sustaining social ventures within a year, and scalable to other countries within three years, and ultimately able to meet the needs of at least 1 million people.
