Seeking President of the Safely2Prosperity "African Biosecurity Preparedness Program”

Safely2Prosperity (“S2P”) is seeking a dynamic and visionary President to drive the success of our new “African Infectious Disease Spread Risk Management Program” (the “African Biosecurity Preparedness Program or Program”).

The Program is a transformative initiative focused on dramatically improving the biosecurity preparedness of the African people.

The success of the Program will be the first step in improving health and healthcare access, financial resilience (preventing overwhelming health and healthcare systems), and risk management for the African people at a deeper and broader scale.

Key Responsibilities

?????? ?????? Lead the Program’s strategy, implementation, execution, and dedicated team management.

?????? ?????? Develop and execute strategies for health, healthcare, and financial risk management within the Program.

?????? ?????? Oversee budgeting and risk mitigation strategies.

?????? ?????? Ensure Program goals are met within timelines and budgets.

?????? ?????? Report progress to key stakeholders and funding partners monthly and annually.

Qualifications

?????? ?????? Proven experience and expertise in program or higher leadership, preferably in health, healthcare, and or financial risk management, or related fields, such as federal or state regulatory bodies, hospital systems, hospitals, clinics, public health systems, insurance companies, consulting firms, financial planning firms, and crisis response firms.

?????? ?????? Strong leadership, strategic planning, plan execution, and team management skills.

?????? ?????? Experience working in Africa or another rapidly developing area of the globe, such as the Middle East, Asia, or South/Central America, and knowing local challenges, such as personnel recruitment and communications challenges, and their solutions is a plus.

?????? ?????? Excellent communication and networking skills and abilities.

?????? ?????? Ability to work independently, thoughtfully, and insightfully and drive measurable outcomes and their impacts.

Location and Compensation

?????? ?????? Remote and Occasionally Hybrid, such as Hotel On-site in Boston, MA, USA, or Africa.

?????? ?????? Full-time.

?????? ?????? The level of compensation will be based on experience.
