Seeking a highly experienced Clinical Operations Executive

We are seeking a senior clinical operations professional who has worked at a senior director to VP level to help plan and execute a seamless Phase 2b/3 study in sepsis. The study will be large and global, involving North America and Europe at a minimum. The successful candidate will have a lot of experience in setting up global outcome studies that involve an academic steering committee, a DMC, an endpoint committee and at least one CRO. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Clinical Development and Operations and be part of a very small working team including the Head of R&D and CMO. This position can be completely virtual although preference will be given to folks in North America to facilitate scheduling. Although I am looking for someone with senior leadership experience, I am also looking for someone who, like me, is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever is necessary to move the project forward. If having people reporting to you is very important, this is not for you. If you want to work with an incredible team, doing innovative clinical science and making a difference for patients with sepsis, it may well be.
