Seeking Add-on or HUM/WM/SD Solution for Shipping Requirements (MMOG)

I am looking for an Add-on or HUM/WM/SD solution to fulfill MMOG requirements.

We need a better solution for this process:

• After final inspection of the produced products
• Labeling; we get labels partly via SAP and NON-SAP for the packages (KLTs)
• Packaging first in KLTs and later on palettes à both mostly a few days before shipping, so that sometimes an unpacking and recipient-specific anew packing is necessary (according to shipping instructions of the customer/recipient)
• Interim storage (distribution/dispatch stock is till now not part of our WM)
• Customer-specific consignment and sometimes anew packing, because recipient-specific packing is necessary
• Shipping; here we miss traceability to check the right products and proper packages are used. The truck loading should have a clear comprehensible process and should be finished with sending ASNs to our customers.

We need a clear overview to the process between final inspection and shipping. So that we can ensure that the right products with the right packaging are on the right truck and no longer anew packaging is necessary or more often avoided. We found 4 requirements of MMOG about this shipping process, which should be better fulfilled.

So perhaps an add-on or HUM/WM/SD solution etc. can be a solution for us. A first idea is, that we expand our WM to this shipping storage, we will use handling unit management, we will improve our label/scanner/MDE processes, we will use SAPs returnable packaging solution etc. Aim is a check up of our HUMs (products and packages) with the recipients’ requirements via bar code scanning before shipment and sending ASNs. The solution should also ensure that the content of each ASN is accurate (content and format).
