To Seek a Mentor or To Self learn!?

Most of us think that the only way to achieve your goal is to be supervised by a mentor who knows the tips and tricks for the job.

Most of the entrepreneurs are creative by nature, so they don't need a mentor they need manpower support, but what we are against right now are the people who wants to master a daily work type either if it is the first line role or second line role.

In the beginning let me show you the difference between Mentoring  and Self-Learning!
The Definition of Mentoring: 
someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person.

The Definition of Self Learning:

Self-Learning is a gift which is given to the students once they are experienced enough to handle situations on their own.

Now we Can say that everyone should go through the mentoring phase before we reach the point where we can work and develop on our own.
