Seeds for change !

2017 year is  over welcome 2018. What will I keep from 2017 ? Obviously this question could be answered in many many ways.....however I am going to answer it from only one angle. 2017 year events & news leave me hopeful and bold for changes. We had a very long list of unexpected good and bad events so why do I feel hopeful and bold for change ? Just because it never felt as good as now to be a woman, to be a woman in IT, to be at the intersection of 2 worlds where we have ability to remove barriers and consciousness of the necessity to remove barriers without excluding anyone from the futur and growth for a better world. I don't think only about wonderful opportunities laying ahead for women careers and well fare , I speak about our ability and strong will to reinvent the way we work, learn, play, live together, thinking much more about others, in empathy with  a real practical know how to empower and ease diversity, gender equality, for a better world all together.
