Effective communication brings Success!

I was meeting with my prospected partner today. She is a smart lady, good in planning and has a strong networking. I was impressed by her sexy proposal in the first meeting. I am pushing her away for few miles at the second time of our meeting because her plan and business strategies have in fact shown to me with her egoism and greediness. I am not defending on her greed but she makes things complicated.

2 hours of discussion makes me understand and learn something today that I was also trapped-in to egoism and greed in the past as how she acted to me today. In order to have this problem solved, we always need to bring our partner to the same level of the knowledge and thinking we have. This is all about 'communication'.

Communication is the key to determine the success and failure of a business. It will never have such thing that is so called 'I thought you know what I need' or 'I thought I know what you need'. This is a bad mindset, we will never know what other people need before we start to communicate and discuss. Otherwise the problem will raise if both parties have different vision and different aim.

You should agree with me that communication is the key to determine success and failure of a business but the TIME measures the results. Not everyone in our team have the same intelligence and learning capability. We should also understand that a business will never succeed if we do not have a like-minded team players. We need to spend more time and be patient to talk to them and feed in the useful knowledge to grow them up.

Nothing we can do it fast but we can do it right, and let the TIME to tell the results! The conclusion of this article described that communication is important but the time and patience is required.
