TMP started with a simple question. "Why are we going back to the same house for every flooring project". That evolved into deleting the word FLOORING PROJECT, and just adding "any project".

What if we did a great "as built blueprint" & gathered all the info for any kind of repair, remodel and design work. Think of all the trips we could save, Fuel & time we wouldn't waste with multiple trips & we might even sell more because we know more! An idea was born!

TMP is unique & not a traditional flooring measure & Layout software. The TMP program is designed to gather ALL the 3D interior dimensions, not just the 2D and create a searchable data base for all building materials, Systems info & measurement. The output shows 2D & 3D drawings, even available as a DXF digital file for CAD design and an easy to open PDF for business & consumer viewing alike without special software or training.

Your customer hates waiting at home for a measure tech every time they start a project, With TMP it's "Gather it all One Time & no more waiting" you get a copy for your files, we store it digitally in case you cant access yours! You develop a reason for clients to call you first, & that enhances customer Loyalty. The TMP drawing is better than a builder blueprint too! Not every home was built exactly like the blueprint CHANGES HAPPEN! The TMP drawing you generate, is an "AS BUILT" Drawing and current with Appliances & HVAC as it is today!

When you do your measures with TMP, you will be Laser gathering all floors, walls ceilings, windows, doors info. Measurements, building materials, serial numbers for the appliances, HVAC and TMP even leads you through a Safety check for known hazards such as lead, working smoke detectors cracks & broken glass, showing your client you care about their home & family! Over 1,500 data points on every home or business building!

Not only can you use it like you would an AS BUILT Blueprint; Painters, Drywall, Kitchen & Bath contractors can all use this same drawing. One trip to the house & any repair, remodel, HVAC contractor or Interior Designers can do an estimate by downloading our CAD Digital drawing. TMP puts you in the lead with DATA that the other trades are making a costly trip to the jobsite to gather

You can even give the client a copy of their info & they can use it when they shop for window treatments, paint or even something as simple as knowing the Furnace filter size, so they save money on energy!
