We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be presenting at the Pump Up Primary Conference in March 2025. This one’s for all my Pre-K to 2nd-grade educators out there. Our session, "Leveraging AI in Special Education: Targeted and Intentional Learning Opportunities," is going to be all about how AI can help us create those tailored learning experiences that our students need. We’ll be digging into the ethics, the strategies, and everything in between. This is going to be a game-changer, so make sure you’re in the room!
Stories YOU Loved
You all loved hearing about how I started my journey with Teach for America in Camden, NJ. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how hard educators work, how much our kids need us, and how desperately we need more specialized training in special education. That’s why I’m so passionate about my work and filling any gaps in education.
Speaking of filling gaps, let’s talk about differentiation. We can't recap August without thinking about the Olympics. As I was watching it hit me - differentiation is just like those runners at the starting line. Some have different starting stances, but they’re all trying to get to the same finish line. That’s exactly what we do in education—we tailor our instruction so every student can cross that finish line, no matter how long it takes. And just like in the Olympics, there’s no one right way to get there. It’s all about meeting our students where they are and guiding them to success.
Watch this space next month for more ways to integrate differentiation into your teaching!
