An analogy I like to use is the iPhone and iOS, a platform for applications which is centrally connected with an operating system. Great post Ian, I’m excited to see partners begin to enable their customers with an agile and data agnostic people analytics platform. The potential to create solutions leaves the door open for new potential in this market.
