Project Background

In May 2024, we began working with Dylan Heath on his new Amazon account, "Pockets & Places." At the outset, the account was fresh, with no prior sales, reviews, or PPC campaigns, and a listing quality score of 5.3 out of 10. Despite these initial challenges, we were committed to establishing a strong market presence for Dylan's newly launched product, a yoga bag.


Strategy Implementation

Listing Optimization

We started by enhancing the product listing. This included:

  • Keyword Research: Identifying high search volume keywords relevant to the yoga bag.
  • Content Creation: Crafting engaging and informative product descriptions and titles using these keywords.
  • Visuals: Integrating high-quality images to attract potential buyers.

PPC Campaigns

We initiated a series of PPC campaigns with a monthly budget of $1,000 to increase product visibility:

  • Auto Campaigns: To gather initial data on keyword performance.
  • Manual Keyword Campaigns: Target high-performing keywords identified from the auto campaigns.
  • Category and Product Targeting Campaigns: To expand reach within relevant categories and against competitor products.

Results Achieved

Sales and Rankings

The comprehensive strategy led to a significant improvement in both organic and PPC sales. Notably, we achieved the Number 1 rank in the "New Release" category for yoga bags.

  • Units Sold: 203
  • PPC Sales: $2,230.76
  • PPC Spend: $1,020.46
  • ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales): 45.74%
  • TCOS (Total Cost of Sales): 27.94%
