Rooted in universally accepted constitutional values such as the rule of law, equality before the law, and fundamental rights, this framework must seek to establish a solid foundation for ethical AI evolution and the protection of individual liberties in the digital sphere.

At the heart of this thought lies the recognition that AI systems and large language models (LLMs) wield immense power and are influencing over our lives faster than we imagined, from shaping our online experiences to driving decision-making processes in various aspects of our personal & work lives.
