The Financial Times has recently published an article discussing the current issues faced by businesses in terms of labor shortages and the fight to attract and retain the best workers. According to the article, around 60 percent of companies across Europe are experiencing talent shortages.

Additionally, there has been a surge of resignations in the workforce, which continues even after the last restrictions were lifted. Although pandemic-related burnout and difficulties in working remotely may be attributed to this trend, experts are calling it the “Great Resignation”.

To tackle these challenges, businesses need to create workplaces that people want to be a part of. This is where intelligent automation comes in as a solution that can help companies achieve far more with their existing resources and solve the skills shortage.
