Business Bolton is Bolton Council’s one stop shop for supporting individuals and businesses to achieve business success.
SMEs in Bolton and Greater Manchester can apply for a new Energy Efficiency Grant of up to ￡5,000
If you have a small or medium-sized business in Bolton, you may be eligible for the Energy Efficiency Grant which is ￡5,000 (before VAT) that we would grant fund 50% of the costs of your energy efficiency improvements.
The grants are available for a limited time on a first-come-first-served basis and can go towards, for example heating equipment upgrades, replacement motors or drives and process efficiency investments
?Energy Efficiency Grants are available to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bolton subject to business and project eligibility and the scale of CO2e savings expected from the project

Empowering Innovation: Women in Innovate Awards offer up to ￡75k funding
Join the Bolton College & Innovate UK on Microsoft Teams for guidance, inspiration, and top tips for prospective applicants.
The webinar is for Bolton small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Winners will receive up to ￡75k grant funding to take their innovative business ideas to the next level and embark on a 12-month journey, packed with bespoke business growth support and networking opportunities. Become an ambassador for women and girls from all backgrounds.
Criteria: Female founders or leaders of a UK SME trading for 12 months. The Innovate UK Women in Innovation Awards are open to all backgrounds, sectors and innovation areas.
