Secure a Product Management Job

This year I had offers from Google, Meta, Roblox, Databricks and Apple but this week decided to decline them all in favor of something else.What helped me across the board for all of them was(1) A sense for the mission of the companies I interviewed for (e.g., meta cares about impact, Google cares about doing the right thing their own way, Databricks care about technical proficiency), and weaved that info myself presentation.(2) Having at least 2-3 examples per classic scenario - conflict resolution, leadership, measuring success, XFN partnership etc. they have to be successful but realistic.(3) Listening carefully to the feedback you are giving and thinking on your feet which of the standard paradigms (impact-forward, mission-forward, tech-forward, brand establishing, etc) the interviewer is referencing.https://lnkd.in/gmiMcG57
