Team architecture. Super, super important stuff. People miss it all the time. I've made loads of mistakes in my life, more like learning curves, you know what I mean? But team architecture is super important, right? If you're running a business, you really need one, two, really strong salespeople. You need strong marketing people.

You need strong leadership. You need strong R& D team in your place, strong operations team. It's almost like, you know, creating a football team, right? You have sent a midfield forward midfield. You have someone to defend, someone to attack and everything else in the middle of that. It really needs to be like that in your business as well.

You need to create an architecture within your business that's responsible for every part of your business that will allow you to scale, but you need strong people like that and one of those departments can be led by you, but you need to be aware of the team architecture within your business.
