Easy Setting:
- FAST PREPARATION AND-QUICK CHANGEOVER PROCEDURES (Print cylinder –anilox roll – ink pan (color)): all elements can be replaced with NO TOOLS.?All main elements are easily accessible to the operator.
- ?Quick color change by interchangeable ink trays, lightweight and easy to handle;
- Cantilever design for the printing mandrel. The design, combined with the use of light-weight PLATE SLEEVES, ensures a quick and effortless job change over.
- Ink transfer from anilox controlled via Lombardi’s ABS technology. Automatic pneumatic adjustment of the Doctor blade, no need to lean into the press for adjustments.

Quick Register Set-up:
- Simple and effective “On-the-Fly†pre-register, not dependent on special conditions or web path, with minimum START UP WASTE.
- "Intelligent" system for print register (immediate reading and setting), for an incredible reduction in start-up waste, and with no need for dedicated graphics for the target.
- Servomotors for precise cross register adjustment.
- Very Accurate and Stable Print Automatic Register- ideal condition to work with EXPANDED COLOR GAMUT (ECG -6-7 color process).
Automation:
- Automatic Print Repeat positioning at format change (there are no mechanical format-adaptation/compensating parts to be changed when changing the printing repeat)
- "One Click" system for servo-motorized pressure adjustment between anilox roll and plate.
- "One Click" system for servo-motorized adjustment between plate and impression cylinder
- Same “One Click†system can be also used for Skewing adjustment, no need to lean into the press to perform kiss-impression adjustments.
- Completely automated and repeatable positioning of both anilox-to-plate and plate-to-substrate positions. Substrate Thickness will be memorised and recalled
- All parameters saved?into work sheets?(recipe) for a 100% repeatable setting.

- Independent servo motor on the anilox cylinder makes easy to work with any kind of ink and coatings, UV, water or solvent base.
- Full GEARLESS design: No gears on impression cylinder, no gears on plate cylinder, the drive is ensured by precise servo motors on each axis, for a superior consistency in ink transfer and registration quality, reducing maintenance needs.
