Hello there! Welcome back for this second edition of "Love is a Location" -
I hope you are having a great week so far!
Today, I want to share some powerful information with you that has the potential to change your life, in as little as 24 hours. And no, it's not clickbait... it's science.
As the world and the workplace seem to get faster and faster every day, with tech advancements and massive developments in AI, we see more and more people looking for ways to be
*mastering these 3 points means your role is less likely to be replaced by AI and/or rendered obsolete due to massive global shifts in the marketplace... it's clear why these factors are currently top of mind for everyone right now!!
Social media is often flooded with experts telling us how to maximize growth metrics, boost productivity, and stand out from the crowd... and while these are all great things to be looking at when building your business or career, the vast majority of advice out there is still limited in its ability to actually change your life long-term... because most of those tips are focused on your ability to think your way through a situation and take decisive, strategic action in the short-term.

Instead of putting more and more pressure on your miraculous gray matter to produce results and come up with solutions to daily problems - what if you could become a "triple threat" and live a more balanced, powerful, sustainable life, one that is naturally more productive, efficient and effective, with less strain and stress required?

The one we learn about in school - that "gray matter" I mentioned - is the one we all know about, of course.
But did you know that scientists actually consider the human heart and the human gut (digestive organs) to be a second and third brain??
The brain sitting just behind our eyeballs is not operating in isolation each day, and it's not all by itself when it comes to decision-making, problem-solving and creative thinking... it is part of an intricate system within the human body that ALSO draws on the "thinking power" - quite literally the unique "nervous system" -that comes from the gut and the heart.*

This key component to who we are as humans - mind, body and heart - is something I am really passionate about so I will be sharing a lot more in the coming weeks about the many ways we can be more empowered, less stressed and more effective at work (and everywhere else)... all because we have three brains, instead of just one.
And - just when you thought it couldn't get any better - it can! ??
Not only do we have three command centers helping to run things smoothly every day - but also, there is ONE thing, ONE element that is common to all of them, ONE master key that unlocks the connection between mind, heart and body.
But I'm not going to tell you about that today... you'll have to stay tuned for next week! ????
For now, I want to leave you with some food for thought, which will help you to start making the little shifts that add up to big transformation and start seeing results in as little as 24 hours... so take some time with these questions, grab your journal and jot down your thoughts:
It can be as simple as one less coffee, or a little more water... maybe thinking twice before criticizing yourself, exposing yourself to less online negativity, and choosing to be a little more compassionate to the person you see in the mirror...
It might feel like baby-steps but I guarantee it will make a difference!
