THE SECRET OF SUCCESSFUL SELLING

Have you ever wondered about some people who are consistently achieving good in Sales,Sometimes it may be your friends,Sometimes it may be your Colleagues. As compared to all others, what specific things are available with them to make this achievement .Are they possess some extra skills ?Or is it happening because of luck?

I have total almost 15 years experience in sales and except few years in the beginning I was consistently performing.I have been selected for Super star award and almost all other awards along with my team consistently. I thought of sharing the reason of failure as well as success in Sales from my experience. The more you sell the more income will be attracting you.If you follow the one thing which is mentioned in this article , I am sure that you can also become successful in Sales and make so much of income.

The first and foremost thing to be Successful , is to develop a habit of winning. The word habit matters a lot. Anything which is rejected by your mind is not your habit. A habit is something which is an automated process in our mind. So developing a winning habit is very important. By this first process itself 80% of the work is done .By habituating the Success you will automatically start finding the ways of achieving the same.Again I am saying habit is something where you will not get NO from your mind.

Wish is different and Habit is different. Due to our educational ,parenting and society systems our mind is habituated for so many things. These habits are installed in our subconscious mind .As long as we are not able to overcome this systems with our wish we cannot win our subconscious mind. In short we need to be powerful than the so called problems coming across the success.For achieving this, a great awareness about this fact and a consistent and conscious approach is the only way.

Most of you may be aware about the Pareto Principle of 80-20. It has been told that out of 100% people 20% of the people only get success. Again in 20% of this group 4% is only becoming super successful. The reason is simple. It is not because of the skills level, or luck. Yes skill level may be bit high with winners sometimes. But the fact is that ,they have learned and developed those skills for the purpose of winning.

So to conclude , To become super successful in Sales ,we need to make a habit of winning.That can be made with right mindset. Once you achieve this,the balance things will follow you. Of course there are so many ingredients for becoming successful. This is the basic.Understanding and applying this will solve majority of obstacles to become successful.
