The Secret To Staying On Track With Your Health And Fitness While Travelling? ????

Are you someone who travels a lot for work or business? If so you can still maintain your progress and stay on track!

The reality is that it's not the traveling that's affecting your progress. It's the lack of an effective plan in place.

I have been there myself. Picking anything I can up in airports, service stations, and then being stuck in a hotel with little to no choice...

You can always find healthy options ANYWHERE...

As you may know, we have clients all over the world with jobs involving a hectic travel schedule, client dining and entertaining, and long hours.

So, how do they manage?

They have a game plan for each environment...

When at home, they follow a solid training and nutrition plan. When on the road, we use fasting, morning exercise/activity, and "frameworks" for meal choices instead of a plan.

So no matter what environment you are in it’s important to have a framework that sets you up for success.?

Being skilled and knowledgeable enough to deal with anything that's thrown at you.?

Not waiting for the work trip to move out the way or the event to pass. What happens next time??

Trips, events, client dinners, etc are all part of life. They're not going anywhere, so it’s important not to let them throw us off track.

Here’s what we do…

  • Plan before you go, do your homework, does the hotel have a gym, a refrigerator in your room?
  • Check to see if the restaurant has healthy options or if there are places close by to buy healthy food.
  • Take some snacks, protein bars, nuts, etc.
  • Have a high protein breakfast or fast if dining out on an evening
  • Drink plenty of water.

We help clients optimise their health by showing them how to continue to make progress DESPITE these challenges. Not to lock themselves in a room and hide anytime an event or work trip gets mentioned.
