The secret to sleeping efficiently

A human spends 1/3 of their life sleeping.

Do you know why we sleep? And why is it so important to sleep efficiently?

Sleeping on time is a great habit. Because it makes your mind clean and helps your body to recover.

If you don't sleep well, then you may feel overreacted and fatigued. It makes you irritating.

It's been proven scientifically that if you don't sleep well then it may cause one of disease:

  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Headaches
  • Constipation
  • Depression
  • Heart disease

But sleeping too much is also not a good practice. Because it makes you lazy and also causes many other diseases:

  • Kidney problem
  • Liver disease
  • Thyroid disease
  • dementia

So sleep 6-8 hours at least. Nither sleep much or less. Keeping a good balance between both works great.
