Common Leasing Fee mistakes to avoid

Ensure that your leasing fee is the same for first and subsequent new tenancies- there's no need to reduce your fee simply because you need to rel-let the property again.

No need to charge a higher leasing fee for an initial 12-month lease secured, but a lower leasing fee if a 6-month lease has been secured with a new tenant. Keep your leasing fees the same.
