Rahu like Ketu (both complete each other, Rahu is the head and Ketu is the body) is a shadowy planet that is primarily responsible and indicating the area of life in which one has to focus and experience in this lifetime.The planet by placement in the Birth chart is directing every individual to concentrate their energies and dedication towards those specific areas/significations related to the house where Rahu is placed.The actual purpose of the soul is to experience all the 4 pillars of life (dharma, artha,kama and moksha).Only when the soul has experienced all these will it attain Moksha.Never to be born again and free from the bondage of cycle of life/death and merge with the divine.
