Go to laboratory, run Testosterone and estradiol. In male the reference range for estradiol is <85pg/ml, testosterone is 3-10ng/ml. it should be noted that taking testosterone injection should be done with caution, you don’t take it unless you are sure your testosterone is low. If your sperm count is very low, you may not need testosterone injection. If you take testosterone injection when your testosterone is normal, this will surely affect your sperm count adversely. Your oligospermia (low sperm count) can end up in Azoospermia (no sperm count).
