Reactivity is enslavement, Responsibility is freedom

It is always amazing to see some people getting phenomenal results to their efforts whereas others keep on toiling towards their goal, work very hard, give 100% but still they never achieve it. Whats the difference and why does that happen?

Same way why are some people able to make their children super successful while others are not?

The answer lies in whether we focus on the destination or the path

Parents who wonder about how to “raise” their children, they need to give up this self-conscious attempt to model them on yourself.

If you decide, “I am responsible”, you have the freedom to create yourself the way you want, not as a reaction to the situations in which you exist. Reactivity is enslavement. Once there is response-ability, freedom is an inevitable consequence. The problem today is that we have become very goal-oriented. We are interested only in result, not process. If you are a good gardener, you don’t talk about flowers. You talk instead about soil, manure, water and sunlight. If you manage these things, wonderful flowers are assured.

Same way in-life or business focus on creating a great company, a great environment and superb value and the result of super success will automatically come.
