- Thinking on our missings & worries in our life, that taunt our brain through a day, month or year,

- Gather three obstacles on the same, about our life partner, our goals, position etc.,

- Exercising on the fact that, these are all imaginative stuff rather than realistic based.

1. Get rid of doubts - Imbibing affirmations that " I am eliminating all kinds of doubts". You emphasizing the same on how to handling insults.
