The Secret is out
Why is 30A experiencing such continued growth?
It's unique 10 coastal communities along the 18 mile stretch of road. From Inlet Beach, Rosemary, Alys, Watersound, Seagrove Beach, Seaside,Watercolor, Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach have unique personalities all their own.
Coastal Culture has attracted talented architects and New Urban planning by Andres Duany and Elizabeth Plater-Zyberk in Rosemary and David Rockwell in Watercolor. Each having a purpose and distinction of lifestyle. I live in the Watercolor Community and have been in awe of the natural beauty of the maturing landscape. The bike trails and wooden bridges never get old as we bike through them from town to town. Rosemary has a European vibe that encourages mingling, shopping and dining. Alys is a sophisticated development that reminds me of a modern Santorini.
Northwest Florida has been a well kept secret to those outside of the South. Growing up in the Midwest, we always went to the West Coast of Florida on vacation and Spring Breaks. From Miami to Naples. Until our family discovered the white sands and clear warm waters of the Gulf Coast. Game Over. We looked for a year and bought our first place and never looked back.
