The liver is the major cleansing and detoxification organ of the body.?The liver has the ability to detoxify toxins out of the body, and when needed, hold on to toxins so they do not harm other parts of the body.?Unfortunately today we are so bombarded with toxins in everyday life, that even if you eat clean, and try to avoid toxic personal care products, you can still be exposed to toxins via car exhaust, plastics, chemicals such as pesticides and heavy metals in the air, and chemicals in drinking water.
