The Secret Lost Key to Mastery & Exceptional Performance- “The Perennial Loop”

Why is it a secret? Because of two main reasons?

1-Only the top 2-5% masters apply this principle CONSTANTLY and that is why they are the masters in their respective fields- and the key word here to pay attention is constantly.

2-The second reason it is a secret because it is hidden, overlooked and it has not been taught holistically thru the millenniums but in bit and pieces.

So, what it is the secret lost key? I called it the perennial loop-

So, what is the perennial loop?

It is a looped processed that leads to excellence-it is like the infinite symbol or figure 8-

Now let us move to the two key distinctions that makes this principle ultimate -

a/because it is a fractal principle that supersede all other principles of high performance. "As above so below, as within so without”- So there are two key distinctions that have been taught independently thru millennia and what I have discovered is that they are a singularity and unity- that is why I called it the perennial loop, it is not too different concept- they are unified.

Let us dive in

First distinction- the second loop- you have heard off

“Know thyself”-

Let me explain- “The only source of knowledge is experience”- Albert Einstein said it.

I know that I know nothing?– a motto of humility from all the masters in any field- recognizing that any knowledge you have is insignificant compared to how much is left to be discovered.

So, discovery and knowledge are the end of the process of experience- it is the omega.

But here , what is the alpha?

What is the beginning of that process of discovery?

That is the other loop that triggers it all. So, before I share that first loop in a minute.

The second key distinction , we are going to make this experiential just to show you how it is always overlooked by most people and why it is part of the lost secret –

Ready for that experience?

So, I am going to invite you to check with yourself-after I shared the principle- so notice your thoughts- where did your mind go??

The first loop is a single common principle that differentiate the best of the best and is one sentence- “Learn Thyself”–

In a simple word- “I can learn”

I can learn what I have not mastered yet- I can learn the skills I do not have yet.

Now let me pause here-Now here is the exercise-

Where did your mind go when you read- the principle “Learn Thyself” or I can learn-

No judgment here but what I want to exemplify is- how this is a real differentiator- why?

Here is my point-In case your mind went -

I already heard this, and I know this-?

In a way – in this case your mind already shut down to listen to what is next- to what could be, to new possibilities, to new perspectives- in that scenario where the state of mind is saying you know already, and you are not open to a new perspective on this. Let us face it Because even if you heard this already-?

You have not heard this from me, or even if you did, you are hearing this in a different stage in your life, different time. So, a new distinction could happen if you listen till the end.

Now the other scenario could have been that your mind stayed curious – I will say congratulations because that is?what create mastery at any level.

By constantly staying curious and open- and see what you can learn.?

Let us come back to the point I wanted to make- why that principle is overlooked?

Because most our problems stem from the clash of that part in us that always "seems or claim to know" what things ought to be versus how reality manifests.

While the best of the best is always open- that principle I can learn or learn thyself is the first loop of the perennial loop and know thyself is the second loop. Learn thyself is the beginning, it is the alpha- know thyself is the omega- it is the completion of the quest-

Here is the big secret and why they are a unity.

More than anything this is a spiritual principle. We are here to grow!

Because The role of experience is to help you grow.

The masters?understand that growth is a spiritual need of our human existence.

Why?

We are drawn to grow and to know more of ourselves.?

It is our initial longing to know more of ourselves and to go back to our source!

You know why?

Because we are created in the image of the infinite- the divine-

The masters have that mindset- “I can learn.”?Just to share with you how that principle is timeless, and it is a practice that the masters constantly practice- not some of the time, not when they feel like it, but all the time!

If you have done any sport, you know that mindset is necessary. If you are a leader, in your business. If you are parent, you understand this – In fact -if you read the book from Carol Dweck-The growth Mindset-she captures this principle as the growth mindset- you see that is just one part of the loop.

Know Thyself is the omega, which is the completion of the timeless principle and a spiritual principle ingrained into our DNA-

Learn Thyself is the alpha of the principle - so the alpha and the omega - learn Thyself - know Thyself.

You do not know what you do not know!

Learn Thyself is a constant practice that the masters are obsessed with

Why?

Because they understand, we are infinite and been created in the image of our creator.?

Self-knowledge is ultimate knowledge, because knowing yourself means knowing the divine in you since we are created in the image of our creator which is infinite.

So back at you

What did you learn? What could you learn??

Is that a constant practice for you in all your endeavors- If not where could you improve and be more rigorous with being constant -I can learn.

Let us remember-?The only source of knowledge is experience?–

The role of experience is to allow us to know more! More of what?

To know more of ourselves!

That is why -The role of experience is to help us grow.?

That is why - the master lost key is the unity- the perennial loop-?Learn Thyself and Know Thyself -

When you say I can learn - you are opening yourself to learn about the divine in you …

That is why when you are truly animated by that by that desire and principle you are animated by a spiritual principle that supersede all of them - as above so below, as within so without. When you say "I know that" you are distancing yourself from source.

That is why fear is driven by what we do not know - based out of ignorance- the unknown -
