Secret Ingredient to Success?
At Grow Foodservice, I get to talk to a lot of entrepreneurs, as clients and otherwise. Our primary objective is to build a roadmap for them to find success in foodservice distribution. But the secret ingredient is hustle.
Why do some companies win while others fold? If a company has the right plan or roadmap to win, how well do they execute? Is the hustle on the right parts of the plan?
I talked with Dawn Patton today from TryMyT (very good premium teas)! We had a wide-ranging conversation & one thing I wrote down was FAIL, which for Dawn means First Attempt In Learning. With the right attitude, failure becomes a valuable teacher rather than a deterrent from action.
Thank you, Dawn, for that great reminder!
