6 个月Yes this is the key if you can ensure fun can be stopped when needed… And that this is not the only (easy) way to lead your team because in the long run, respect could be lacking... I believe that sharing enjoyable common experiences that unite and strengthen the team is more appropriate than fun, which remains a game that must be mastered
