Having the best possible health and fitness is THE most important thing to me; I want to live longer but in a body that is as fit and healthy as humanly possible! This got me thinking about why some people prioritize their health and fitness, and some do not. So, I wrote this email. For the record, this is the short version. LOL, I would love to know your thoughts. For instance, I used to struggle with my weight and endurance, but through consistent workouts , a balanced diet, and plugging into a like-minded community, I've transformed my body and my life despite the ups and downs that life brings out. This is just one example of the power of prioritizing health and fitness.?

When it comes to achieving extraordinary results, inspiration is often seen as the catalyst – the spark that sets our fitness journey in motion. While inspiration is undeniably potent, the often-overlooked power of self-leadership truly distinguishes those who maintain a flicker from those who ignite a lasting flame. This is the key that empowers you to take control of your fitness journey and make lasting changes. For instance, setting specific fitness goals, creating a structured workout routine, and maintaining a balanced diet are all examples of self-leadership in action. By taking the reins of your fitness journey, you're not just setting yourself up for success, but also demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire others.

Research consistently reveals that successful athletes and fitness enthusiasts prioritize community. They grasp the power of support, which includes having someone to share your successes and failures with, and the contagious nature of enthusiasm, which can inspire and motivate others. However, the true essence of transformation lies in leading yourself. It's about transcending mere participation and fully immersing yourself in the process, thereby fostering personal growth and empowerment and evolving into a stronger, more resilient version of yourself.
