Focus Point
Lately we've been exploring simplicity, (here, here and here), and this week I want to focus on another quick way to find more simplicity & focus in our lives.
It's really rather simple - just move one thing meaningfully forward at once.
How many initiatives do you have on at the moment that you are personally trying to achieve? If it's more than three then I guarantee you are stretched, and you aren't seeing the progress you are looking for.
Single mindedness is powerful.
This week's tip - focus on just one thing and progress it forward by giving it a ridiculous amount of effort.
Put another way - the secret to focus is picking just one thing to focus on!
Your Challenge
Pick an ambitious 1 month goal for you and your team. Then throw everything and the kitchen sink at it.
Don't have a 1 month goal? Start there.
You'll be amazed at what you achieve in just one single minded month.

Leadership & Performance
"Success demands singleness of purpose. You need to be doing fewer things for more effect instead of doing more things with side effects."
- Gary Keller

A clear vision and direction underpins organisational momentum 100% of the time.
Delivery & Oversight
The bigger the vision, the smaller your projects (or steps) need to be.
