In 2019, I began managing the service of a healer whose innovation has produced miracles for private clients for decades. Just as importantly, they can keep off the weight in a sustainable fashion. When we are younger, we are less likely to experience unwanted and significant unhealthy swings in weight. This is why the program has no effect of yo-yo weight loss. There is no disappointment and stress about returning to a starting weight. This also means that arriving at a greater weight than the original starting point is a non-issue.
