It represents a way to make children, adolescents and even adults acquire a new desire to learn professions and the arts, in close association with everyday life at all levels. Since this is not a matter of teaching knowledge, professional bodies are required to hire trainers to supervise the practice, based on the principle of volunteerism and the contribution of various actors in line with the framing principles of the citizen enterprise. These experienced trainers are well versed in the pedagogy practiced by virtue of their practice and accumulation of experience.
The policy of reassessing the learning of arts and crafts can be adopted by a committee concerned with the contribution of the governance structures involved in the stakes. We must not forget that it concerns all stages of education from kindergarten to higher education, as well as lifelong training.
Given that the learning of arts and professions must be complemented by the teaching of knowledge in the third school, this project will itself be a national bet that will respond to the expectations of citizens or economic actors alike.
