Working with clients in publishing, packaging and marketing, she has brought an engaging freshness to a huge variety of products and brands. ? ?

Charlotte Knox's long-term client relationship with American Spoon has been a joy and a privilege. She has created such a wide range of labels for the brand that her work is now synonymous with the freshness and deliciousness of the products.

Charlotte created a huge number of sumptuous illustrations for Alan Davidson's book on seafood. The author wrote at length on each species and included preparation information along with more than 60 traditional recipes. Charlotte's attention to detail, her dedication to research and her insistence on painting from life wherever possible made this book a true wonder to behold.
