?? Rethinking compliance: balancing costs and impact

As 2025 gets closer, we’ve put together an overview about new and developing sustainability regulations businesses need to pay attention to in the new year:

• ???We are reaching key milestones in the battery regulation which mandates publicly accessible carbon footprint information as well as minimum recycling efficiencies.
• ???New Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will require businesses to make packaging recyclable, include recycled materials, minimise waste, adopt reusable systems and comply with stricter labelling.
• ???All companies operating in the EU with over 250 employees are required to produce CSRD reports about the 2024 financial year. We prepared this guide to calculating scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions to help with the reporting.
