Thanks to the NYU Law School Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement for publishing my post on a recent decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which addressed the application of the fugitive disentitlement doctrine to a criminal prosecution in which the defendant consistently remained outside the United States before and after her indictment and never fled the United States.
