2 年Thanks for the shout out to my analytical colleagues for this method. The results shown here are for ‘F4’ which was optimized to have low rupture during freeze/thaw - the column/method worked really well to show a much greater progressive increase in a free DNA pre-peak in F1 and F2 subjected to freeze/thaw (available in supplemental data of referenced paper).
