I’ve been running my own businesses for a while (27 years, can you believe it??BIFLTT*) and I’ve tried a lot of different things to grow my business: I’ve tried shouting, I’ve tried doing more. I’ve tried doing everything.

Maybe you’ve tried these things too?

I’ve worked out that:

  1. I can’t shout louder than everyone (I’m too short, nobody hears me from down here)
  2. I can’t do more than 100% (that’s what leads to burnout, Campari and bad maths)
  3. I can’t do everything (I’m really not that good, even though I have tricked myself into believing my own BS in the past)

So, what do you do?

Mark Manson said:?“A nice dinner with people you love is 10x better than a party with a hundred people you don’t.”

I?can?create an intimate space, where you get heard, you don’t have to do more nor everything… so together we can get things done to grow our influence and businesses. That’s what I’ve always done best – made safe, creative spaces for my clients to do their best thinking so they can make valuable things…

  • Table 1: Short Valuable Books - my?book writing table. Together, as a small cohort, we'll think, outline, test and write our books. Then my team will edit, design and publish them. Within 1 year you can have your business growing book in your hands, on the bookshelves and as an Amazon bestseller! We're kicking off on the 20th March.
  • Table 2: The Better Than Great Club - my asset generating table. A group of dedicated, smart people who come together to create business assets. They learn from me, from each other and from feedback. Every quarter we do a sprint to get an asset made quickly - assets like quizzes & diagnostics, courses, mailing lists. Our next sprint starts on the 6th of March, and within 2 weeks we'll have made low content books from assets we're under utilising! And they'll be available in print!

Thanks Debs, for creating both of these safe, creative and fun spaces to make brilliant assets for our businesses. I wouldn't have been able to create my first book, DOING intentionally, within such a short time frame, if it wasn't for your Short Valuable Book group! I'm also in your Better Than Great club and I'm finding that changing my focus from doing things to creating assets is making a big difference to my mindset and the direction that I'm heading. Asset-making could get addictive too, but that's another story!
