Seasons Greetings and News from Michelson Philanthropies: December 2023
Michelson Philanthropies
Working on behalf of people and pets in Los Angeles and beyond.
Seasons greetings.
During this holiday season, we extend warm wishes for happiness and good health.
Over the past year, the Michelson Center for Public Policy, together with our partners, made significant strides in supporting the enactment of laws to foster a more equitable and compassionate California.
As Michelson Philanthropies Founder and Co-Chair Dr. Gary Michelson explains, "Our commitment to resolving systemic challenges that have adversely affected too many Californians remains steadfast, particularly through our focus on higher education, universal broadband access, humane policies for pets and their families, and other critical issues." Read about these new laws here.
In the spirit of the season, we are also pleased to share the new holiday EP by Michelson Philanthropies Co-Chair Alya Michelson. It features a collaboration with Eric Clapton singing the classic "Silent Night." The EP is?now available on all platforms. Enjoy!
