We’ve recently published our Retention Recipe book in partnership with Future Fit for Business . Short, bite-sized ideas that you can use to improve your retention today, or that you can develop or tailor to your business, and help your members stick around longer.
Think of it as an early Christmas present… one that will come in really useful in January. Implementing just one or two of the ideas could get your new members to stay another few months in 2025.
