Seasons greetings from Peter Russell, Head of Resourcing UHBW & NBT

This time of year always provides a useful time of reflection on the achievements over the past year and the journey ahead in the forthcoming year.? ?In 2024 UHBW started its exciting journey towards a Group Hospital model with our colleagues at NBT which we look forward to be formalised on 1st April 2025.? During 2024 we started working very closely across the two acute to standardise processes and procedures so that we are ready to move to a single manged service across recruitment, talent acquisition and temporary staffing in the new year.

2025 will be a key year for the Resourcing team to really focus on the candidate journey and to ensure that we have a truly inclusive recruitment process and experience for all.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of our Resourcing teams across UHBW and NBT for their efforts in 2024 and I look forward to us coming together in 2025.? I hope that everyone manages to get some down time across the festive period and a special thanks to our temporary staffing colleagues who will continue to support the clinical staffing needs over the Christmas period.
