Season's Greeting from London!

On behalf of the Europe team at Trade and Investment Queensland, we wish you a warm Season’s Greetings and best wishes for a happy, prosperous and healthy New Year.

I am delighted to have chosen for our 2020 Christmas card the beautiful and poignant art piece ‘Networks’ by the talented and exciting young Queensland artist, Rachael Sarra. Sarra describes her artwork as “a celebration of our communities coming together through adversity showing resilience through a connection of our cultural songs, dances and stories.”

This could not be more fitting for the moment. The events of 2020 have been unprecedented in their scale and impact, changing our lives in so many ways yet, like Rachael’s inspiration, we have always been able to overcome our greatest challenges when we have looked to each other.

Trade and Investment Queensland’s role is about networks – connecting businesses, building relationships, and identifying opportunities. It is through our valued networks that we can achieve our objectives to support the growth of the Queensland economy.
