A: I think it’s a great time to push messaging in and around Brands. We all know people kick into Holiday mode towards the end of the year but going into the new year they start the process of setting up their goals. This then means it’s the perfect time for brands to reach audiences when they are in the right frame of mind.? ? ?

Q: What are the biggest challenges clients face when planning and executing holiday marketing campaigns? ? ?
A: Running campaigns over the Festive season means there is a need for skeleton staff to check in on campaigns performance not giving the Campaign Managers the opportunity to completely switch off over Festive.? ? ?

Q: What are some common pain points clients experience with regards to customer engagement and retention during the holidays? ? ?
A: The most common pain points in my humble opinion are Campaign Managers needing to deal with expensive auctions where bidding wars become more aggressive and while this is going down, the end consumer over the festive season predominantly leans towards taking a bit of a digital detox.??

Q: What's the most critical lesson you've learned from working with clients during the holiday season??
A: For Polygon in particular our clients over the festive season enjoy dealing with us as they know their campaign is reaching their audience even if the end consumer is taking a bit of a digital detox. ? ? It’s also a great feeling having clients sending you their brands Proof of Flighting while they are travelling down to their Holiday Destination routes, playing Padel, walking in a Mall or even spending time in the Gym.???
