A Season of Gratitude: Reflecting on Our Journey Together

A Season of Gratitude: Reflecting on Our Journey Together

As the leaves turn and the air cools, Thanksgiving approaches, marking a time for reflection and gratitude. This year, as CEO of Let's Pave and Let's Roof , I find myself particularly grateful for two incredible groups (in addition to my family) that define our journey: our dedicated teammates and our valued customers.

Gratitude for Our Teammates

In this dynamic and competitive world, our team has consistently been our greatest asset. Your hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment have propelled Let's Pave and Let's Roof to new heights. From our job sites to our administrative staff ensuring seamless operations, each of you plays a critical role. Your dedication during challenging times, speaks volumes about your character and resilience. I am thankful for your contributions, your passion, and your belief in our shared vision.

Appreciation for Our Customers

To our customers, your trust and loyalty are the cornerstones of our success. In 2023 we launched a Voice of Customer initiate, your willingness to share candid, unfiltered feedback has allowed our organization to improve in order to better serve you.

Your diverse projects have not only driven our growth but also allowed us to innovate and excel. Whether it's a small Rapid-Response project or a large-scale replacement project, your confidence in our team motivates us to deliver our best. I am deeply appreciative of your continued support and the feedback that helps us improve.

Looking Ahead

As we look towards the future, I am excited about what we can achieve together. Our commitment to quality, customer service, and team development remains stronger than ever. Let's continue to pave and roof our way to success, building not just structures, but lasting relationships.

On behalf of the entire Let's Pave and Let's Roof family, I extend my heartfelt thanks to each one of you. May this Thanksgiving bring you joy, peace, and continued success.

With tremendous gratitude,

Mike Rosen
